Every Phil Steffen presentation is unique!
Phil Steffen works with YOU to make sure his presentation, be it a speech or seminar, is done "exactly right" ... custom-designed to achieve your unique and critical objectives. You'll get his "Pre-Program Questionnaire" with detailed questions about your organization, what's happening in your industry/profession, future trends affecting those in attendance, etc.
Phil also will request you send him literature from your organization to educate him further. With your answers and information, Phil then does additional research to learn even more. Phone conversations between you, Phil and other key individuals you wish to be involved, will be set up at your convenience. Phil will "go into the field" if necessary and visit with your people to make sure he has the proper feel and understanding. His mission is to exceed your expectations and deliver the program exactly right! The way YOU want it done!!

- Please list three things the attendees at this meeting are doing well in terms of their business.
- Please list three things they could do better (or are not doing but should be.)
- Anything you personally would like to see included in the program?
- Issues to avoid/other sensitive points.
- What other speakers will be on the program, when, their topics?
- What speakers have you chosen used in the past?
- What did you (and the audience) like or dislike about the above speakers?
- Is there anything Phil can say or do that will let this audience know a special effort was made to address points of specific interest to them?
- What is the meeting's tone - relaxed or formal?
